- Replace (2) bullet light fixtures left side of driveway below retaining wall near entrance. No charge as they were damaged during last fertilizer application. - Replace (3) MR16 bulbs. One along street left side of driveway above retaining wall is partially burnt out. One front right of house is partially burnt out. One left side of driveway for trees is fully burnt out.

Winterized system from backflow located outside on front left. Backflow and test ports were blown out and winterized. Handles were left at a 45°angle and hose bib was left open. Main water valve for sprinkler system has been shutoff, system has been back drained from hose bib in basement after shutoff and Hydrowise controller and zones have been suspended until May 1st 2024. *****(A couple heads look like they’re leaking from the base right side of house by tree line and also in open grass area on right side of house by generator and tree line. Also two heads far left rear of house by tree line and mulch bed are leaking.) *System has been fully winterized and shutdown for winter season.*** _______________________________________________________________ Recommend replacing standard controller for a water smart geo located WiFi controller with predictive weather features.
