Kurt has the most expertise of any tech I've had since doing business with All Wet (25 years) I am somewhat disappointed that I've had to spend a total of $3600 for two visits! in the past year! I'm not sure why the system keeps breaking down although it is old. Hoping this is the last major repair for a while!

Customer reported chirping noise coming from irrigation controller. I found that the controller is unplugged and the chirping noise was coming from a carbon monoxide detector below the irrigation controller. I recommended to replace the batteries and plug it back in to the proper location.

Winterization Did full inspection of sprinkler system, homeowner showed me area of concern. While winterizing did not see any leaks or broken pipe. Front lawn is a hill, possible drainage for lowest head or drainage from rain for it was a wet season this year. Homeowner did specify he did not run sprinkler system for majority of this year, and he winterized the year previous. Also, homeowner asked about next door, neighbors water going onto sidewalk wanted to verify it is not current customers sprinkler system. It is drainage not sprinklers for the water is off for the sprinklers and the water is causing a river at time of service so it is not linked to sprinklers.
