Rob was great communicating clearly via phone so that he didn’t have to enter the home. I had damage to a sprinkler line which he again communicated clearly (via phone) and made the repair quickly with laying out all cost before work was done. I love All Wet and use them for multiple services but this just solidifies my feeling that they are so careful during these difficult times. Thanks Rob and the All Wet team! John

I am very new at the irrigation thing. We did a major back yard Reno and our landscaper recommended All Wet as one of the companies to do our install. We couldn’t be happier. Every time I’ve reached out to them for anything they’ve been very responsive. For example I chose to use the Hydrowise WiFi based controller and when they did the install we happened to be away. Amanda spent a long time on the phone helping me do the initial set up. I had one head that stopped working and they came out the next day and The tech was kind enough to call me and tell me it was just clogged and how to clear it on my own. They have been fantastic.

The tech was great. I was disappointed with the fact that I had a7:30am appointment and the tech did not show up until 8:00am. Not due to his fault. The tech who was scheduled to come called out so a new tech had to be dispatched which was fine but no one called me to let me know that the tech would be late because of this. Need to do a better job on notifying customers when this happens
