The guy who showed up to winterize was outstanding. Professional, smart, very polite. An outstanding employee. I find All Wets customer service in general to be POOR however. Much worse than when you were Reliable Rain. How about asking your customers when they would like service rather than dictating dates when you're in the area and it's more convenient for you?
