Mario at AllWet was excellent. In this time of pandemic, it was clear he had been well-trained to be considerate of customer apprehensiveness. He stayed several feet away from our home doors to converse with us. He wore gloves and a mask. He called in on our phone and using video chat, walked me through how to turn our sprinkler zones on and off one at a time so that he could check each head and adjust as needed. His exercised great patience as I didn’t have as much experience with the system panel as was needed under the circumstances. By the end of his visit, I knew more about how to do so and felt confident about my ability to navigate my system if I ever needed to in the future. He made repairs quickly and kept me informed by phone outside of every step Of his visit to completion. Professionals.
