Based on the design of the property, pressure and water volume and pressure, we will install 3 zones of irrigation that focus solely on the lawn. The backflow will be attached on the left side corner of the home. A 3 zone valve manifold will be installed near the corner shrubs so its out of the way. The controller will be installed in the garage. MP rotors will be deployed for the their coverage and water efficiency. A WIFI Geo controller will allow you to manage the system remotely and self-adjust based on weather conditions. It will also enable All Wet Inc to monitor functionality remotely, so we know that the system is running correctly. A 110v socket to be provided by the homeowner before installation can begin. Not having your electric ready for the installation crew will result in a delayed install start date or completion. This was discussed with you during my visit, and it is critical that you understand this point as it is your responsibility. It is important to note that
