Performed electrical troubleshooting due to problems turning on zones at the timer: Master valve is shorted, AND the valve appears to be leaking in the box. Zone 2 shows open circuit. All other zone circuits appear ok at this time.

I believe that this job should be a Manager Site Visit, not a billable Lighting Service Call. Customer stated that his 2 GFCI outlets behind pool and on shed started tripping the breaker, and he traced it back to June 22 from his camera system (installation date). I advised customer that he would need an electrician, however he stated that he had electricians here multiple times and could not locate the problem after $1,000 of cost. He also asked if we would pay the electrician cost. I advised him that we have clauses that state All Wet is not responsible for unmarked utilities, and that the line voltage wire should be buried 12”-24”, and we don’t install pipes deeper than 6”. Austin also advised me later that everything was hand dug here in the back due to the fences. I did the favor of wire tracing the romex from back right GFCI, under cement pool patio, across back left lawn, to a junction box at back right foundation. Left 2 flags in back left lawn. Performed full inspection on all 27 lights (12 back + 15 front). Cleaned off mud and leaves from several lenses. Light in front of garage was blocked by layer of mud. Straightened several fixtures and adjusted as requested. Dug up and lowered 1 fixture near basketball hoop as requested, and buried exposed wire. Moved 1 existing path light from right of path to left of path, as requested. Retested good.
