Zone 7- Adjusted rotor along right side of driveway spraying into driveway near garage Zone 12- are buried 6” spray head at grade that was sticking up too high; this was also the zone that customer thought there may be a leaking head, checked area of concern and found head was not actually leaking; seemed like it was a combination of low head drainage, as well as head spraying into boxwood and coming straight down creating a small puddle (area is also underneath a tree where there is a lot of shade and water does not dry up as easily), turned off last spray head on zone in this area to help reduce amount of water that puddles in this area, customer will monitor, explained to him that some water will still puddle a little in this area and that it is normal and doesn’t necessarily mean there is a leak in the irrigation piping/head). *No charge for visit today*

12 zones total. Troubleshoot low pressure on zone 12; Found 1 rotary head jammed from sand/sediment, was able to pull it up and clean it, however I recommended to replace it. Tested zones 10&11 and determined that the pressure is the same or not much better. Also found another head jammed, and was able to pull it up and clean it a little. Assessed zone valves in valve box: no problem found there. Assessed the well tank and plumbing: all valves are fully open. Pressure gauge at well tank reads approx 33 psi and stays steady…was not climbing. Advised customer that it is possible that the well pump is not performing 100%. It is also possible that the well tank is not functioning properly. Suggest having a well company service and set the flow rate performance. Current system is designed to require at least 15 gpm flow, since there are at least 6 heads per zone.
