Winterized system, hose Bibb is open, shut off is closed and hydrawise is suspended

Winterized system fully from backflow from outside, customer does not have drain on backflow. We hooked up our drain port to be able to blow out system and winterize completely. Replaced plug on backflow but left it loose and blew out test-ports on backflow. System and backflow are fully winterized and controller is off. (Customer shut off main water valve for sprinklers himself) We double checked to make sure.

Checked settings via app and ran several diagnostics. Troubleshooting controller Wi-Fi connection. Controller is reading offline, homeowner states controller is running regular program cycle. Tested ohms and voltage from controller, wires were reading 6,000 ohms down to 64 ohms then back up. Showed homeowner what readings I was getting and offered replacing controller, I informed homeowner of difference between rachio ( homeowner based) and Hydrawise controller ( we install) he will call to schedule a return trip to install a controller. Customer showed me wet area around spray head right of front door. I tested the main pipe and manifolds, but could not detect any pressure loss indicating a leak. Also tested master valve: working properly at this time. I advised Matt that the zone valves are was closes the water, not the heads. And that drainage from lowest heads per zone is normal. Customer opted to replace the zone valve #2 proactively. Replaced zone valve and retested good. Waived service call fee.
