Checked timer settings: 4am, odd days. Z1. 10m Z2. 20m Z3. 20m Z4. Off Changed a light bulb as requested by customer. Turned water back on and tested for pressure loss: no pressure loss or leak detected on main pipe and valve manifolds. Tested zones and took videos of all 3 zones working. Re-winterized the system. System is very old and recommend to have a new installation. Reviewed graphs from water purveyor and noticed that they indicate consistent irrigation water usage for the whole year. However they also indicate that there was continuous usage from something in the house every day until June. Water usage was high from May to mid June, and then is dropped suddenly mid June. The graphs further support that there is no correlation with irrigation.

Winterization Upon trying to winterize system, water turn off in utility room is broken, valve can be rotated in full 360°, there is no start or stop point. Also controller is reading zero station error. Will need to troubleshoot controller may possibly need to be replaced, valve, locator to determine if wire is spliced at some point, or if valves are faulty.
