Noticed a sprinkler head that was not rotating and replaced it. Fixed another head that was only covering a small lawn area. Found another head that was not hitting shrubs. Fixed a sprinkler head that had not been installed properly by another technician - head was lopsided and sticking above ground surface so that landscaper was hitting it with mower. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

We had an activation apptmt for Fri 6/23 between 2-5. This is our summer cottage, and we are there only weekends. When we schedule your apptmts, we go up for Fri PM. In the morning of the 23rd, we were still at our main home. We get a call at 10 AM from Rob, saying he is at our house. We told him our appointment, and he said he would come back later (he never did). We re-schedule for 7/5 between 8-12. They show up at 4:15. We wasted 6/23 afternoon and all day 7/5. VERY DISAPPPOINTED. Don't schedule appointments if you are not going to show up and waste our time.

Zones not coming on, when compressor was turned on we saw multiple zones try to come up and then nothing came on, we have multiple zones stuck on. Also master valve is leaking. Need to replace MV and wire trace for valve box to replace stuck on valves.
